Role Overview
Join our core engineering team to build the next generation of Web3 payment infrastructure. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable blockchain solutions, smart contracts, and payment protocols that power FinXPay's global platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop smart contracts for payment processing, escrow, and multi-signature wallets
- Build and maintain blockchain integration layers for multiple networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, etc.)
- Implement secure payment protocols and transaction validation systems
- Optimize gas usage and transaction throughput for cost-effective operations
- Collaborate with product and security teams to ensure robust and user-friendly solutions
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Stay current with blockchain technology trends and evaluate new protocols
- Participate in architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in blockchain development
- Expert knowledge of Solidity, Web3.js/Ethers.js, and Ethereum ecosystem
- Experience with smart contract security best practices and audit processes
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Understanding of cryptographic principles and digital signatures
- Experience with DeFi protocols, payment systems, or fintech applications
- Knowledge of Layer 2 solutions and cross-chain protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Rust and Solana development
- Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs and privacy-preserving technologies
- Previous experience in payment processing or financial services
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in crypto/fintech
