Product Manager - Payment Solutions

Role Overview

Lead the product strategy and development of FinXPay's core payment solutions. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative Web3 payment products that serve merchants and consumers globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Web3 payment gateway and POS systems
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the Web3 payments space
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market insights
• Work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule
• Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive user experiences
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with business development to identify new market opportunities
• Present product updates and strategy to executive leadership and board members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or payments
• Strong understanding of payment systems, merchant services, and financial technology
• Experience with Web3 technologies, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain ecosystems
• Proven track record of launching successful B2B and B2C products
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with engineering teams in agile development environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
• Previous experience with crypto/blockchain products
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in payments and financial services
• Experience with international markets and cross-border payments
• Technical background with ability to understand complex systems
