Compliance & Regulatory Specialist

Role Overview

Ensure FinXPay operates in full compliance with global financial regulations while navigating the evolving regulatory landscape for Web3 and cryptocurrency businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in cryptocurrency and fintech globally
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Ensure AML/KYC programs meet regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
• Coordinate with legal counsel on regulatory matters and licensing requirements
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits
• Train employees on compliance requirements and best practices
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations
• Support business expansion into new markets with regulatory analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency
• Strong knowledge of AML/BSA, KYC, and financial regulations
• Understanding of cryptocurrency regulations and VASP requirements
• Experience with regulatory reporting and examination processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications (CAMS, ACAMS) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• JD or advanced degree in relevant field
• Previous experience with crypto/blockchain compliance
• Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks
• Experience with regulatory technology and compliance software
• Multilingual capabilities for global operations
