Role Overview
Drive FinXPay's expansion across the Asia-Pacific region by building strategic partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 and fintech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategy for APAC markets
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with merchants, payment processors, and technology providers
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in government, regulatory bodies, and industry associations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for regional expansion
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to adapt solutions for local markets
- Represent FinXPay at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Work with marketing teams to develop region-specific go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development experience in fintech, payments, or technology
- Strong network and relationships in APAC financial services and technology sectors
- Understanding of Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technologies
- Experience with B2B sales and partnership development
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Cultural awareness and ability to work across diverse markets
- Fluency in English and at least one major APAC language
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Business or related field
- Previous experience with cryptocurrency or blockchain companies
- Knowledge of regulatory environments in key APAC markets
- Experience with cross-border payments and international expansion
- Established relationships with major merchants or payment providers
